Emisar is free for up to 500 attendees: the public event page and the participant app, with agenda, attendee directory, B2B meetings and QR check-in. Above that, the Pro plan starts at 450 EUR per event and Scale at 990 EUR. Prices exclude VAT and are charged per event you run, with no automatic renewal.

Do I pay per year or per event?+
Per event. There is no annual subscription and no automatic renewal: you pay for the event you run.
Do attendees pay anything?+
No. The app is free for attendees, whichever plan the organizer chooses.
Can I have booths and lead scanning on the free plan?+
Yes. The sponsor module is bought separately, per sponsor, and brings booths and lead scanning to the free plan as well.
