Terms of use and DPA

What these terms cover
Emisar APP provides a public event catalog and, optionally, a networking app (profile, agenda, meetings, check-in). The organizer remains responsible for their event and for the data they import.
DPA (annex)
When we process attendee data on behalf of the organizer (CSV import, check-in, meetings), we act as processor. The organizer is the controller of their list. We do not sell contacts or use profiles for advertising. We keep the log of badge scans for 12 months after the event, for security and abuse investigations, and every access we make to it is audited.
Account and acceptance
An organizer account is created with email. Acceptance is stored on the organization, with the version above and the date you checked it. If the version changes, we ask again before publish.
Limits and honesty
Plans and prices are those on the Pricing page. There is no online payment in this version. This text is a professional placeholder — full legal copy comes before any formal compliance claim.
Personal data
How we use account data and cookies is described in the privacy policy. This document does not replace it.
