Emisar is the networking app for conferences and B2B events. Participants fill in their profile, get recommendations that show why they match, request 1:1 meetings at free times and exchange contacts by scanning a QR code. The app runs in the browser, with no app store install, and it is free for up to 500 participants.
Profiles and recommendations with a reason
Each participant says what they look for and what they offer, their industry, company size and region. The app suggests the best-matching people and shows how many criteria they share.

From the recommendations or the participant list, anyone can request a meeting and propose two times. The other person picks one, and the app reserves a free table.

Every participant has a contact QR code in the app. You scan it from the app and the person joins your contact list, with the details they chose to show.

Works when the signal is weak
The main pages open on the phone even without a network. Meeting requests, contacts and questions made offline are sent automatically when the connection returns.

Frequently asked questions
Do participants have to install an app?
No. The participant app runs in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen. Sign-in is by an e-mail link or a 6-digit code, with no password.
How do recommendations choose whom I should meet?
Recommendations compare what each participant looks for and offers, their industry, company size and region. The app shows how many criteria two people share, so it is clear why they were suggested.
Can a participant stay out of the list?
Yes. Any participant can hide their profile: they no longer appear in the participant list and cannot receive meeting requests.
Does the app work without internet?
Mostly, yes. The main pages stay open on the phone, and meeting requests, contacts and questions made without a signal are sent automatically when the connection returns.
What does the organizer get after the event?
An Excel report with participants, attendance, sessions and the list of meetings. Messages between participants never reach the organizer, and meeting feedback appears only as figures.
How much does the networking app cost?
Nothing, up to 500 participants: the Free plan includes the app, 1:1 meetings and QR check-in. Paid plans add capacity, door staff and exhibitors.
