What Emisar APP does
Emisar APP runs a B2B event end to end: the public page and registrations, QR check-in at the door, the attendee networking app, scheduled table meetings, exhibitor booths with lead capture, and the numbers afterwards. Free up to 500 attendees, app included.
Check-in and event day
Every attendee gets a QR code, scanned at the door from your team’s phones — no rented hardware. Badges print on the spot. If the venue Wi-Fi drops, scans queue locally and upload themselves when it returns, so nobody waits at the door. Door staff join through a link, without creating accounts.

Attendee data lives in an EU database, with per-event isolation enforced in the database itself, not in the screen. You get an audit log, the subprocessor list, export at any time, and an API with webhooks. Account deletion happens inside the product. Nobody resells your audience because nobody else holds it.
Exhibitors and lead capture
Every booth gets its own link and a printable QR poster. Booth staff scan visitor badges and watch the lead list grow in real time, with notes. Exhibitors see their own booth numbers without calling you. Leads export to a spreadsheet at the end, straight from the booth portal.
Networking app
Attendees fill in what they are looking for and what they offer, and the app shows who matches — and **why**, in words, not as a percentage. Each contact field has its own switch: share your email, keep your phone. Nothing to install: it is a web app that also works offline.

You open one or more networking windows, split into slots — usually 15 minutes, but you choose the length. Attendees request meetings; on confirmation the app assigns a free table and sends reminders. You can set who may meet whom, by role, window and table.

A screen for the projector in the room: what is on now, what is next, the organizer’s announcement, and the QR code that opens the app. It shows no names and no personal data, so it can stay up in front of everyone. It opens in a browser tab, with nothing to install.
Sponsors
Sponsors appear in the app on tiers you define, with one featured on the “Now” screen. Each gets a short line and a link to their booth. The numbers they receive are aggregate — how many saw, how many opened — not lists of people, so the report is not a data handover.
Live questions and polls
The audience asks questions from their phones and upvotes each other’s, while a moderator picks what reaches the screen. Polls open during the session, and results stay hidden until you vote or the poll closes — otherwise the first votes decide the rest.
Post-event report
After the event you get how many showed up out of those registered, which sessions filled, how many meetings happened, and what people answered to the recommendation question. Session ratings come from attendees inside the app, not from a form emailed the next day.
Public page and registration
Your event gets an indexable public page with the agenda, speakers and a registration button — and a row in our catalogue, if you want one. You can embed the agenda in your own site, and on the Scale plan the page can live on your own domain. The page is free up to 500 attendees, app included.
