Cookies
If you only browse the site, you get no cookies
The public pages — the home page, pricing, the catalogue, an event page, the English version — set no cookies at all. Not ours, not anyone else’s. You can check without taking our word for it: open your browser’s developer tools and look at what is stored. Cookies appear only when you sign in, open an event’s app, or pick a language or theme.
Cookies
We only set cookies that are strictly necessary or that remember a choice you made. None is used for ads or tracking, so we don’t ask for consent for them.

Why we don’t ask for your consent
The law requires consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary — mainly advertising and tracking ones. Every cookie above is either strictly necessary for the service you asked for, or remembers a choice you made yourself. That is why you will not see a consent banner. If this ever changes, we will ask before, not after.
What the app keeps on your device
To work without signal at the venue, the app keeps in your browser (local storage, IndexedDB and the service worker cache) the agenda, your QR code, the latest data you saw and actions taken offline, until they are sent. It also remembers small choices there: that you closed the cookie notice or an announcement, or your badge printing settings. This data never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Other people’s cookies
There are two situations where cookies that are not ours can reach your browser, both at someone else’s choosing: if the organizer puts a YouTube or Vimeo video on the event page, that video loads from your browser and may set that service’s cookies (we use the YouTube address that sets no cookies until playback); and if the organizer connects their ticketing platform and sends you there, that site’s policy applies. The service that delivers our pages may use technical means to stop attacks — these are not tracking tools and do not build a profile of you.
What we don’t use
We don’t use external analytics, external error monitoring, bulk email services, external file storage, ads or trackers. Browser errors reach our own server, not a third party.
